Stay in Playa Guiones, ideally on the north side. It is the main beach town in Nosara, walkable to restaurants, yoga and the surf, and about ten minutes by car from the venue in Pelada.

Surf hotel in the middle of everything
Right on the north side of Guiones. Guests get a great pool, surf club, gym, restaurant, spa and coworking space, spread around town. Book early, it fills up.

Modern, quiet, a short walk to the beach
Newer boutique hotel with a calm pool, spa and an excellent restaurant. A good pick if you want somewhere polished to come back to.

Simple and friendly, with great views. Easy to get to both Guiones and Pelada.
Good to know
- The venue in Pelada is about ten minutes from Guiones. On the wedding day we will run a shuttle between Guiones and the venue, so nobody has to drive. We’ll share pickup times and stops closer to the date.
- Book early. Guiones is small and the good places go fast in dry season.
- No need to change much money. Most places accept US dollars and cards, but not Amex. A little cash in small bills is handy for tips and the odd fruit stand.
- Power and water are reliable but the roads are not paved. A little dust is part of the deal.
